If “freckles”, don’t regret
If you eat more than the account, baby wine or beer and do what you want at a specific time, you should not feel guilty, because the disappointment will be double.
What if you enjoy those moments and the next day you continue with your normal life. Doing it sporadically will not affect you. And for your mind it will be easier to return to the usual routine.
10 minutes of exercise daily
It is obvious that during Christmas we ingest more calories. We are left with family and friends, we provide, peck and it is more complex to carry a balance. However, with only 10 minutes of physical activity daily you will maintain your active metabolism, you will not lose the physical form and after the holidays it will be easier to return to the routine.
Do not complicate with long training because it will be more difficult to follow it every day.
We propose to make a tabata of squats and flexions (20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, combining both exercises) and another Jumping Jacks tabata and front iron making the same approach.
You can change the exercises daily so that you are not too repetitive: burpees, strides, sit -up, skipping, etc.)
80/20 principle
The Pareto principle is applicable in many areas of life and also in training and nutrition. 20% of our effort generates 80% of the results. And this comes to say that if you maintain a constant rhythm of training or physical activity, even if you reduce the duration and on the other hand you choose in which specific moments you are going to skip the usual feeding, you will be respecting that 20% of your efforts to conserve 80% of the results that will make you feel better and enjoy these dates without thinking of losing the figure or madness of that style.
